Lifted Academy is pleased to be able to offer families with financial needs the following scholarship programs:

CDS/School Readiness – Child Development Services is a state run program through the Early Learning Coalition to provide childcare services for children birth through 4 years, whose parents are looking for work or are currently students. They also provide wrap around care for VPK and elementary students. This program is based strictly on the financial needs of the parents. http://www.elcmdm.org/

VPK– The state’s Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten scholarship program is also run through the Early Learning Coalition, and provides free preschool (3 hours only) for all Florida State residents. However, applications must be made by going on line at vpkhelp.org.

Church Discount – Lifted Academy is sponsored by Lifted Church (formerly Miami Baptist Church), and as such we provide a 10% discount on the tuition of any church member in good standing, who utilizes the services of our school. We feel it is appropriate to help those who are already supporting the ministries of Lifted Church through their tithes and offerings.

Church Scholarship – Lifted Church offers temporary relief through their Benevolence Ministry to families’ whose primary provider has lost his/her job or is going through some type of medical trauma. If hard times have hit your family unexpectedly, please schedule an appointment to meet with one of the pastors or the church administrator to request prayer and financial assistance when necessary.

Step Up For Students – Step Up for Students is a non profit organization that helps administer the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (FTC) and the Personal Learning Scholarship Acounts (PLSA) program. The scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first served basis and empower families to customize their children’s education. https://www.stepupforstudents.org/
